As a subcontractor for the Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES), Prospect Hill Consulting is providing GIS analysis and visualization services to prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) under the National Environmental Policy Act. The EA is being prepared to analyze the environmental effects of the relocation and upgrade of two existing buildings at Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts.  Our team is practiced in DOD’s spatial standards (i.e. SDSFIE, FGDC, etc.) and related data management models that maximize interoperability for installation and environment-related missions.
