For Vision Niagara, Prospect Hill Consulting provided socio-economic data collection, analysis and visualization services to support the development of a proposed park at 1318 Niagara Street.  Our team worked with U.S. Census Bureau American Community Survey (ACS) statistics and local data to visually communicate results and neighborhood trends for the report.  To further characterize the community benefits associated with the introduction of a new green space, we used ESRI Network analysis geoprocessing methods to determine the neighborhood-walkability times to the proposed park.  Using our experience and skills to promote sustainable, vibrant and livable communities is an especially rewarding way for us to support local community development goals.
